Wordpress is an incredibly powerful platform that can help you run your website. It’s fast and easy to make your own updates, or for the less adventurous, I get in there and make them for you. You can focus on your business while I help you maintain your website and keep it looking spick and span.
Initial setup of WordPress
This is the bit that can trip up a lot of people when they’re starting out. I’ve setup and installed quite a few websites with the WordPress system so I’m very much able to set you up and have you enjoying your new website in a jiffy. Of course, all the fun starts once we have the core system laid out and then it’s onto the next stage of adding in all your text content, photos, illustrations and everything else we need for your website to work for you.

The list is endless and what’s really cool is you’ll love to get in there and add your own stuff if you feel you want to. We add in all your content
With most of my WordPress projects, I’m usually the one who gets all your text content into your website. Then you’re able to go ahead and add in all your own content from then on or get me to help you maintain your website. I have several clients who prefer to email through their text and photos at a later stage and I go in and add it for them. So it’s your choice which you prefer. You can also manage your own shopping cart, so that you can sell online.
What to do once you’re WordPress website is up and running?
So put simply, once I’ve setup your WordPress website, which includes all your photos, photo gallery, banner areas, artwork and contact form etc, you’ll really need to consider how well you want your website to come up in the rankings on Google. By having a popular website ranking well on Google you’re going to be able to benefit quite nicely. I do have several clients who have invested a few dollars towards their Google ranking with me, and they sure do appreciate all the leads they get each week. So it’s definitely something we’ll take into consideration.
